Group Counseling

Led by a therapist who lives with chronic illness and POTS, and brings both clinical training and lived experience to the space. Groups are focused on skills building, grief work, community building, and provide therapy in an accessible way to bridge the gap between physical health and mental health.

Chronic Illness Group Therapy

Living with a chronic illness can be isolating in ways that are hard to explain to people who haven’t lived it. This group offers a space to connect with others who understand without having to justify or translate what you’re going through. Together, we’ll work through grief, build community, and learn practical therapeutic tools. Provided through telehealth, this group uses a chronic illness-informed approach and will help you utilize the benefits of therapy in a group setting.

POTS Group Therapy

This group focuses on POTS and the effects of living with it. Finding others who get it can be rare, and healing often happens faster in community rather than in isolation. This group is a space specifically for people navigating POTS to process the emotional weight, grief, and identity shifts that come with it, alongisde others who understand exactly what that’s like. The POTS group can help you connect with others who are in the same boat and learn ways to navigate the condition.

Group Information

Group Fee: $40 per group session

Groups run on an 8-week cycle, please contact me through the contact form to request information about the group or to be placed on a list for the upcoming cycle.

Groups are a great place to build community, navigate health networks, and share lived experiences. In the future, I’ll also be creating a general, free support group to continue meeting with peers and building community after the 8-week cycle.
